| LITTLE PEOPLE (1) Definition: All the people in a country who have no power. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Not registered to vote! Or disenfranchised from voting!! Or their votes do not count!!! 2. Not asked to participate in a referendum. Or never considered in a vox pop that will have an impact. 3. Never made members in a lawfully constituted committee or council, whose report, finding, proposal, etc. will matter to the government. 4. Not really ever listened to. And never taken seriously by their selfish, so-called representative(s) or leader(s). 5. Not lawless. That is, this group of people will never take the laws into their own hands. (To emphasize.) 6. Cannot effectively organize themselves to cause any kind of important change (connect to #7). 7. People have no legal or physical impediments that contributes to their not having power. 8. Suffer a serious loss or losses - and remain 'little' - as a direct result of their lack of a 'voice'. ________________________________________ * BUT WHO HAS THE REAL POWER ?
