| LITIGANT Definitions: i. A person who is making or defending a case in court. ii. (legal) A person who is involved in a civil legal case, either because they are making a formal complaint about someone, or because a complaint is being made about them. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. * [See perfect lite pendente.] 1.
