LITERACY

Definition: The ability to read and write.

* All six elements should be in.


1. Purposeful and necessary.

2. What is read will be clearly audible, without an error, a mispronunciation, etc., however long it takes to complete reading.

3. What is written will be unmistakably legible, without a misspelling, misrepresentation, etc., however and in whatever language or form.

4. An understanding is obtained of the reading and writing. That is, ability is whole; full and developed. In other words, reader and writer can make sense or meaning of whatever comes out of his or her thought process and lettering action.

5. Ability serves purpose(s), as exactly hoped for ... good or evil, temporarily or permanently.
