Purposeful and necessary, whether liked or not. 2. Specific and identifiable: fixed. 3. Measurable and/or assessable. And any attempt to go beyond point will result in an inevitable loss. 4. In other words, point is believed generally safe and secured to be at or in or around or about. 6.
