| LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION Definition: (informal) The changes that are deliberately made to occur in a person's life, especially as they grow older. ______________________________________________________________________ * All fourteen elements should be in. 1. That is, appropriate knowledge (= advice and counsel) is sought from the professionals on the right way to live. 8. Drugs, medications, etc. are used only on recommendation by the appropriate professionals. And only genuine ones are applied or taken. _________ 9. Behavioral tendencies suit the personality: no negativity and all emotional pressures are met with proper control or the right curative measures. 10. Tools and methodologies, in respect of human and public relations. Cultivate those elements that encourage coexistence and cooperation. _________ 11. Learn survival skills that are compatible with the age and circumstances. 12. Spiritual well-being. Learn, establish and maintain a strong relationship with the maker of heaven and earth (= the Creator). _________ 13. Do assess, moderate, review, cancel, etc. as applicable, anything and everything necessary. No exertion of pressure on the heart! 14. Legality.
