| LIFESAVER (2) Definition: (Australian English, New Zealand English) A person who is employed at a beach or a swimming pool to rescue people who are in danger in the water. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Can swim, very well, 'like a fish' ! 3. Never inattentive or absent-minded, in respect of the people in and/or around the water, not even for a moment. 4. Does or performs job creditably. That is, does not risk own life or put others in additional danger, by the efforts that will be made to save a life or lives. And does not pollute the water in the course of rescuing another or others. 5. Fit and healthy, in addition to having the highest level of personal hygiene. 6.
