The lifeblood of an organization, area, or person is the most important thing that they need to exist, develop, or be successful. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have particular thing or things to aid existence, growth, success of organization, area, or person. 2. Specific and identifiable; measurable and/or assessable. 3. Thing or things has or have no alternative(s). And item or items is/are not optional or a second choice/pick. 4. Available or present at all times, in every circumstance. 5. Quality and quantity of thing or things will be adequate. 6. Object(s) or item(s) will be easy to obtain, handle, treat, manage, preserve, etc., with some appreciable level of user-friendliness, where required. 7. Safe, secured and protected, not susceptible to being damaged or destroyed while being used or when needed. That is, thing or things will not be threatened or at risk of a danger. 8. Has a characteristic of reliability or reliance, provides some guarantee or assurance. That is, thing or things cannot malfunction or misbehave, fail or disappoint, be vandalized or contaminated, is/are not divisive or confusing, be impeached or impugned, etc. ___________________________ See perfect BLOOD (1).
