Purposeful and necessary. 2. Collection was authorized by house owner(s), whatever the type(s) of books inside room. 3. Room is arranged properly such that books are not damaged the way they are placed, piled up, etc. 4. Atmosphere in room is proper for the conditions that books will be desired to be in. 5. Access to room will be restricted, unless there is no insurance cover for stock of information. 6. Room and house will be generally considered as a safe, secured and protected. 7.
