Definition: An act or a statement that may offend or annoy somebody, especially because it is done without permission or does not show respect.

1. Purposeful and considered a necessity for who is being disrespectful or rude.

2. Act or statement is deliberately done or made. And the possible repercussions are known, if the normal or appropriate response is given by the offended or annoyed party.

3. There is a certainty that permission, if sought, would not be received. Or intention to be disrespectful will not be condoned, if indicated before negative act.

4. An impact will be made on the recipient of bad behaviour, even if what is heard or encountered is disregarded.

5. Person showing bad behaviour gets away with wrong attitude. That is, no serious sanction, punishment, loss, etc. arises from act or talk, for who offends or annoys another. In other words, this can be 'taken',.... offensive act or annoying statement achieving goal(s).
