| LIAISON (4) Definition: [ ~ (to/with somebody/something) ] A person whose job is to make sure there is good relationship between two groups or organizations. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. (See perfect FRIENDSHIP (1).) 2. Employment was endorsed by all the parties involved. That is, no distrust or doubt about person's loyalty. (See perfect INTEGRITY (1).) 3. Has no single interest or stake, especially of a financial or emotional nature, in the parties, other than their simple, peaceful coexistence and progress. (See perfect AWARENESS (1).) 4. Does not disclose information or details, to one party about what may strain the relationship, that is revealed by the other or by another. (See perfect SECRETIVENESS.) 5. Does all to encourage, defend, restrain, etc. a party that may feel at any time offended, cheated, etc. That is, performs duties to the best of his or her abilities. (See perfect OBJECTIVITY.) 6.
