| LEVELLER Definition: i. (British English) An event or a situation that makes everyone equal whatever their age, importance, etc. ii. Event or situation cannot be interfered with or controlled, manipulated or defeated - obeys no command, accepts no plea. 2. Event or situation is real and definite - won't be overwhelmed or disappear as a result of pressure from external sources. 4. The predictability of the nature of event or outcome of situation will be certain - no emergency can cause an invalidation or annulment. 5.
