Basis for act is genuine, not flawed. That is, need to rectify or adjust, satisfy a requirement or rule, alter or amend, etc. is valid. 4. Speed or rate of 'decline' will be exactly as desired or planned. 5. Act occurs, or process happens, timely to help serve purpose(s). 6. A reduction, diminishing, etc. will end at desired level or stage. 7. No disappointment, loss, planned or unplanned, disadvantage, etc. arises therefrom. 8. Lesser stage, level, etc. can be sustainable for duration wished for, even if a restoration or an improvement will not happen afterwards. 9.
