| LENIENCY Definition: The quality of being not as strict as expected when punishing somebody or when making sure that rules are obeyed. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for who is being lenient. 2. Considered deserved as a result of some remorse, pleading, penitence, begging, etc. 3. The optimal punishment that can be meted to offender is made known to who committed an infraction, where this is not previously known. 4. 'Kindness' is timely shown, to help make a desired impact on beneficiary. 5. Extent is not the very least, where there are other levels of strictness, compliance, etc. that are higher and allowed. 6. Accompanied with a caution or warning. (To emphasize.) 7. System, association/organization, etc. does not suffer an unplanned loss as a direct result of lessening of punishment or lowering of standard. 8. Appreciated.
