| LEGITIMACY (1) Definition: The situation in which it is believed that there is a fair and acceptable reason. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Conclusion(s), deduction(s), presentation(s), etc. made is/are objective. (See perfect OBJECTIVITY.) 2. Situation is very plain and clear, leaving no room for doubts or questions - will not need a shouting match, fisticuffs, lawsuit, etc., by any right-thinking person or party, to resolve matter or issue. (See perfect UNDERSTANDING (5).) 3. Timing or timeliness of the issues involved in situation is appropriate. That is, no unplanned loss, problem, danger or risk, etc. will arise from situation. (See perfect REASONABLENESS (1).) 4. Situation, that is, the (a) reason, can be defended in law, by custom, tradition, etc. (See perfect JUSTIFICATION.) 5. However long situation lasts, consideration that it is fair and reasonable will always stand the test of time.
