| LEGAL AID Definition: Money that is given by the government or another organization to somebody who needs help to pay for legal advice or a lawyer. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (connect to #2). 2. Requested for and assessed as deserving to be given to indigent help seeker. That is, the money is considered worth being given out. 3. Amount is adequate or 'enough', to make meaning, to the lawyer ! 4. Provided and received timely, by the lawyer. 5.
