Purposeful and necessary. 2. Room is in a solid structure, or strong if a 'stand-alone'. 3. Spacious enough for the number of students required to use it. 4. Atmosphere or environment is convenient for listening to lecture. 5. Seats are well-fitted, strong and the arrangements/spaces between the rows are comfortable and okay. 6. Surroundings of room is quiet, safe and secured. 7. Inside of room is clean, neat and tidy. 8. Appropriately equipped and well-lit, especially at night.
