| LEAKAGE (1) Definitions: i. An amount of liquid or gas escaping through a hole in something; an occasion when there is a leak. ii. Something which has leaked or the amount leaked. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. * This is not about an amount. 1. Situation was not foreseen or prepared for. And the liquid or gas was not expected or desired to leak (connect to #2). 2. A serious loss will arise as a direct outcome (connect to #3). 3. Rate or speed of escape is not excessive, such that it cannot be quickly noticed (connect to #4). 4. Repair, remedial or containment action can be undertaken to stem or delay or stop flow or escape (connect to #5). 5. Liquid or gas can be removed and the effects caused on surface, environment, etc. can be cleaned up or cleared off (connect to #6). 6. An activity or event can still be continued or completed in spite of happening (= liquid or gas leak). 7.
