Purposeful and necessary (Connect to #2). 2. Compiled by who is expected to do things. 3. To-do items will be specific and identifiable, and also measurable or assessable and ultimately confirmed as doable. 4. Doable things will all be considered real or realistic and compilation will be made early or on time to make meaning. 5. A lot of time will be needed to do tasks. 6. Listing ought to reflect a prioritization. 7. Number of items will be complete. That is, no adding new item(s) after compilation, once an action is started. 8.
