Made real effort to arrive early or on time. 2. Reason(s) for delayed arrival is/are sensible and/or acceptable. 3. Offers an apology and/or shows remorse, for arriving late. 4. Does not insist to be briefed on what happened, if any, during the period that he or she was not present. 5. Not sanctioned or punished for arriving later than expected. That is, suffers no unplanned loss as a result of lateness (connect to #3). 6. Still able to contribute or make inputs, in spite of lateness in the arrival time. That is, person arriving late still has some use or will still serve some purpose(s). 7. Does not cause an extension in the planned duration of an event or a situation.
