| LAST CALL (2) Definition: The final request at an airport for passengers to get on their plane. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Approved and/or authorized, before announcement. 3. Announced timely, as directed by approving authority. 4. Heard clearly over the PA system. That is, voice, intonation, accent, loudness, etc. are in order, in the opinion of passengers. 5. What is announced is without an error, especially when compared with the earlier calls. 6. (Reserved.) ('Order' is heeded by the intending passengers.) 7. Serves purpose. That is, all get onto boarding point/gate. 8. Processes/procedures for boarding are not delayed (connect to #3). 9. Plane takes off after boarding.
