| AXIS OF EVIL Definition: (usually - the Axis of Evil) A phrase used by US President George W. Bush in a speech in 2002 to describe countries that he claimed supported terrorism (= use of violence to obtain political demands) and wanted chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine would be in. 1.
