| LAGGARD (2) Definitions: i. (old-fashioned) A slow and lazy person, organization, etc. ii. If you describe a country, company, or product as a laggard, you mean that it is not performing as well as its competitors. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Cause or causes of poor performance is/are known or can be known. 2. Efforts aimed at improving performance can be made in situation. 3. Support or assistance from regulatory agencies will not be refused. 4. Faith/belief in country/organization, reliance/reliability on/of person/product, investment in or patronage of company, etc. will be on steady decline. 5.
