| LABOUR FORCE Definition: (British English) All the people who work for a company or in a country. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, whatever their wages, allowances, etc. 2. Formal and non-formal employees. That is, workers include those who are legally and regularly employed and pay their taxes appropriately, and fulfil all other legal obligations, and those in the black economy. 3. Healthy and active - always at their duty posts: factory floors, border stations, on point duty, etc., etc. 4. Productive and qualified, whether skilled or unskilled. That is, effective and efficient. In other words, serves purpose(s). 5. All the people maintain sound industrial and labour relations. That is, trade or labour union activities, if any, do not disrupt or cause a problem for the productive sectors of the economy or business. 6. Observes the tenets of best practices. And will be trained or retrained, when necessary, to ensure quality control (to emphasize). 7. Ensures that the environment or ecosystem is not damaged or destroyed as a direct result of their activities. And do nothing to damage the equipment, machinery, etc. at work places (connect to #6). 8. Have an assurance or reasonable guarantee of job security or the stability or safety of their employment, whatever ... . 9. Loyal and faithful to company or country or organization.
