| KITCHEN CABINET (3) Definition: (disapproving) Journalists sometimes refer to the unofficial advisers of a prime minister or president as that person's kitchen cabinet, especially if they disapprove of the influence that the advisers seem to have. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the prime minister or president. And group will always be in place - can't be 'disbanded' (see definition). 2. The membership and the number will be decided and singly picked by the leader, even if recommendations are relied on (to emphasize). 3. There will be no permanence in the membership of special group. 4. An ambition or a desire, if any, to succeed the prime minister or president cannot be declared by any of the members of the group. 5. Allegiance or loyalty will be pledge regularly and constantly. 6. No 'adviser' will lobby 'the boss' for an official appointment in the government, while still remaining a member of the group. 7.
