| JUVENILE DELINQUENT Definition: A young person who is not yet an adult and who is guilty of committing a crime. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Will fully realize his or her folly only on being caught and on conviction, never before action or during a misdemeanour. 2. Does not attempt to cover another person or other persons, if any, with whom a crime is/was committed. 3. Able to pay an appropriate price. That is, will be willing to be punished according to the law. 4.
