| 1. Welcomed by a great majority of the population. 2. Comprised by a majority of military members – soldiers, airmen, sailors, marines, etc., as applicable. 3. Junta does the best possible for the citizenry. That is, employs the most capable hands – technocrats, etc. – to help run the government. 4. Rules with a ‘human face’ (connect to #3 below the line). 5. Has a program that plans for a return to constitutional or civil rule (connect to #4). _________________________ BRIEFLY OR ‘FOREVER’. No member of Junta participates in the elections. 3. Government respects and accepts the results of the elections. 4.
