That is, office is reachable, physically and/or by appropriate communication: email, telephone, facsimile services, etc., as necessary for job seeker. ________________ OKAY, SO ... further below the line 1. Manned by the appropriate personnel. These should be persons who, in addition to having been trained, were out of job(s) at a point in their working lives! (Not people employed simply because of their academic qualification and/or recommendation.) 2. The staff in the centre empathize with job seeker(s), in addition to being courteous, efficient, etc. That is, office provides the right advice and advertise openings only. 3. The ‘sermon’ or talk/story (= advice) that the staff gives to the jobless is useful – whether or not it leads to securing the much needed job(s). And adverts published are current.
