| JOB SHARING Definition: An arrangement in which two people job share (= they work part-time, for example by one person working in the mornings and the other in the evenings). ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the 'half employees'. 2. Defensible, especially if a full time job was available. 3. Work will be done to the best of both workers' abilities. 4. Handing/taking over between 'sharers' will go smoothly every time. 5. (Reserved.) (Job is not illegal or in the black economy.) 6. The salaries or take-home pay will be OK for the duo. 7.
