Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize). 2. Certain, sure, ‘cast in stone’. That is, written, authorized and/or legal - no matter what the economy or employer is, or will likely be, going through. (And notwithstanding off-duty – not illegal – conduct(s) of worker!) 3. Emolument will not be less/lesser than the (a) current amount, in real terms – in spite of any inflation, recession, ‘meltdown’, depression, etc. that may be. 4. Terms and conditions of service will not be altered for the worse throughout the duration of the ‘agreement’. In other words, perks, bonuses, ‘spoils’, etc. remain all through employment. 5.
