| JOB HOPPER Definition: One who changes jobs frequently, usually to obtain a higher salary. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and believed necessary by who hops (to emphasize). 2. Won't damage a thing, incur expenses for employer in old job. 3. Has qualification that enables a change of career, if desired. 4. Performs the duty excellently in each new place of employment. 5. Pay being rejected for greener pastures had been well managed. 6. A request for a pay rise (where applicable), would have failed. 7. Wages, on moving jobs, will be of value at the time of a change. 8. Job hopping serves purpose(s), whatever the amount being earned. 9.
