| JOB CREATION Definition: The process of providing opportunities for paid work, especially for people who are unemployed. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. 1. That is, perks, bonuses, golden handshakes, etc., of those in employment and those soon-to-be disengaged, will be reviewed downwards and/or reduced substantially. 6. A person already due to be retired is not given an extension or reengaged through contract employment, special arrangement, etc., etc. 7. Economy is expanded and/or diversified to other areas in/from which employment can be generated. (To emphasize.) 8. Policies and reforms and laws, especially in respect of taxation, labour or industrial regulations, residency rules, etc. should be geared mainly to encouraging direct foreign investments, repatriation of profits, and/or discouraging capital flight, brain drain, etc. 9. Recruitment processes are transparent. That is, advertisements, interviews, selections, auditions, etc. will be orderly and transparent, and not cause a dislocation in the economy. 11. Maximum productivity will be ensured wherever an opening occurs.
