Place is sparkling, clean, neat and tidy. And situation is serene, comfortable, convenient and peaceful. That is, no physiological, psychological, etc. issue, that could be troubling for you, will arise from being in place. 5. There is no loss, disadvantage, etc. from being in place. No betrayal, back-stabbing, pain, distrust, etc., especially if being stayed in together with another or others. 6. Place is stayed in or can be stayed in for duration required. That is, you are in 'tower' for as long as problems and practical realities are in existence.
