Purposeful and necessary. 2. Specific and identifiable. 3. Complete as desired. And clearly listed, mentioned, conceived, etc. 4. Decided on or inserted in list by the rightful person. That is, well-considered before inclusion in group of things to buy/do/say. 5. Thing can be available, doable, talked about, etc. freely, easily. 6. Static and/or permanent. That is, thing will not change and has no substitute or option listed as its alternative. In other words, thing will remain in list for as long as necessary. 7. Thing is useful, relevant, important, etc. in the opinion of buyer/purchaser, doer, thinker/talker, etc. (Connect to #4 & #8.) 8.
