Purposeful and necessary to have quality. 2. Quality has a sound, unchallengeable footing or basis - law, religion, custom, tradition, etc. 3. Will require no physical measures or efforts to guarantee compliance or assure respect - no walls, shouts, bars, force, etc. 4. Not fear-induced or scare-generated reverence. That is, there is a belief or an agreement of sort about the relevance or importance of what has quality. 5. Nature of thing with quality will be truly awesome, inspiring, genuine, etc. And it will lasts for as long as necessary. 6. Quality will not have any iota of threat.
