Purposeful and necessary. 2. Specific and identifiable. 3. Measurable and/or assessable. 4. Real and realistic - has a presence and/or a lifespan. 5. Legal, authorized or approved. 6. Well-managed or run; properly organized, administered and/or controlled. 7. Has prospects for the expected profitability (= growth, advancement, development, increase, patronage, etc.) 8. Safe and secured. That is, thing has no encumbrances, and has adequate protection (= insurance, healthiness, equity, reinsurance, etc.) In other words, no fear of sabotage, disappointment, disinvestment, collapse, etc. 9.
