Purposeful, whatever currency or currencies. 2. Considered a necessity to use money in particular way. 3. Fully-owned. (But, if not fully owned, the other part owner or owner(s) authorizes 'expenditure', before commitment is made, on his/her/their behalf.) 4. 'Spare' funds - not money that should be spent on basic survival needs: shelter, food, clothing, etc. 5. Amount is sufficient or adequate, to have the desired impact, whatever it is invested in ! 6. Its tenure will be known for certain. That is, the time that principal is expected back - with or without a return or profit - is known, before it is invested. 7.
