| INTRUSION (2) Definition: The act of entering a place which is private or where you may not be wanted. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the intruder (= you!). 2. Approach and entrance will not be 'loudly' announced. 3. There can be no basis or justification, in the eyes of the law, for unauthorized entrance to and presence in place. That is, act is deliberate, as place or situation is clearly indicated or designated as a no-go or 'no-entry'. In other words, your senses and/or frame of mind at the time are in excellent condition. 4. Act will achieve objective(s), if intruder is permitted to stay by others present, if any, in place, or if atmosphere of place is conducive for a fairly prolonged stay (connect to #6). 5. Nothing will be damaged in place. And you did not or do not sustain an injury while getting into or out of place. 6. (Reserved.)
