Definition: A person who is somewhere where they are not wanted.

1. Purposefully in place. And person has an awareness that an invite or authorized arrangement is required to be present in place.

2. Presence in place is of the person's own freewill - not forcefully taken to particular location. And person, on getting into place, may make an attempt not to be found out.

3. Presence cannot be defended. That is, no legal, cultural, social, economic, etc. basis/reason can be used to justify presence.

4. Will generally and/or ordinarily, resist an effort to be removed or expelled, if unwelcome presence is noticed.

5. Does not cause a damage or destruction at location or to the surroundings or environment of place, especially if there is an insistence on remaining in where not wanted.

6. Presence of the unwanted will bring about a serious loss for the others, if any, in place, especially if existence is known. That is, no real progress, action, discussion, etc. can take place with this person's presence.

7. (Reserved.) (Person can and will be gotten rid of, ... physically or forcefully, or with the instrumentality of the law!)
