| INTRUDER (1) Definition: A person who enters a building or an area illegally. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Has a purpose, even if not declared. 2. Considers illegality necessary. That is, person knows that act or action is against the law. 3. Will not be injured while getting in or on the way out. 4. Prepared and hopeful of getting out of (if applicable), or remaining in place, without being caught (or expelled). That is healthy enough to run, where desired, if pursuers appear. 5. Intrusion achieves goal(s). And stay or presence in place will be for duration desired (connect to #4). 6. Suffers no unplanned loss as a direct outcome of illegality. That is, will be let off the hook, especially if caught. 7.
