| INTRACTABILITY Definition: The quality or state of a problem or person being intractable (very difficult to deal with). ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. There will ordinarily be no impediments or encumbrances, by way of tradition, custom, law, etc. in the way of access, connection, contact, etc. to or with thing or situation or person. 2. There will be no desired reciprocity for the efforts that will be made to secure applicable or appropriate cooperation and/or collaboration. 3. Party trying to deal with thing or person is in the right frame of mind at the time. That is, handler or dealer has a capacity to understand and appreciate the issue or matter, or twister. 4. No clues, hints, signs, etc. are given away. That is, no lead will be provided by the thing or person that is proving difficult. And features of thing or nature of person will not be certain or predictable. 5. Time, resources, energy, etc. spent trying to deal with thing or person will be optimal or even beyond the usual/normal, or budgeted expenditure. 6. Quality cannot be undefeated.
