| INTOLERANCE (1) Definition: (disapproving) The state or quality of not willing to accept the ideas or ways of behaviour that are different from your own. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful, even if unnecessary for the intolerant party. (See perfect NARROW-MINDEDNESS.) 2. Emphatic belief, that is firmly held, is that your own way is better - if not the best - for you. [See perfect DELUSION (2).] 3. There will be no patience (or sense) to listen or consider others' counsel or point(s) of view. (See perfect SELFISHNESS.) 4. Person won't concede an inch; will not provide a window of opportunity. That is, will be ready to go the extra mile to stick to his or her own way - including using physical force, the instruments of the law, etc., if necessary. (See perfect INSISTENCE.) 5. A loss, disadvantage, etc. will be present or suffered in state, or from the quality, even if this is not realized immediately by the unbending party (= the bigot!). (See perfect SELF-SEEKING.) 6.
