| INTERVIEWEE Definition: The person who answers the questions in an interview. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers it necessary. 2. (Reserved.) (He/she is the person that question(s) is/are directed at, specifically, especially if person is in a group.) 3. Heard questions clearly and fully. And understands or understood. 4. Answers to the best of his or her ability, with or without insinuations, innuendos, etc., and whether or not he/she is being honest or untruthful. 5. Answers are clear and audible and 'direct' (to emphasize). 6. Answers all questions, unless no-go areas are agreed on, before commencement of interview. 7. Will not let his temper or anger get the better part of him/her. That is, where annoyed or angry by the question asked, he or she is able to control emotions and give a response deemed appropriate. 8. Never 'answers' a question with a different or new question.
