| INTERRUPTION (2) Definition: The act of interrupting somebody/something and of stopping them from speaking. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for who stops another. 2. Done timely when it can help achieve the goal(s). 3. No notice, warning, etc. before (sudden) stoppage. 4. Method or manner adopted is deemed appropriate - won't cause a loss, danger, etc. to the parties involved. And not seen as rude or viewed as reckless. 5. Person or thing interrupted is saved from suffering a loss, being embarrassed, getting in a danger, etc., even if this is not immediately realized. 6. Time 'saved' by stoppage is usable and/or used productively, by who or what was prevented from continuing talk, speech, etc. 7. Act serves purpose(s), whether gratitude was expressed for 'help' or prevention was protested against. 8. (Reserved.)
