Purposeful and necessary to introduce comment or interrupt. 2. Protocols or courtesy required was observed prior action. 3. Remark, etc. is no conversation stopper. (To emphasize.) 4. What is introduced is understandable and/or meaningful. 5. Timing will be such that a conversation can continue. 6. Will be beneficial without causing a loss or delay. 7.
