| INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY Definition: (usually - the International community) Countries of the world considered or acting together as a group. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Individually organized and independent, with the resolve to support and cooperate with one another in tackling a problem or confronting a challenge that may affect any 'member-country'. ROGUE STATES ? 2. Shares information and intelligence and will freely exchange proposals or ideas, and disclose discoveries, developments, etc. that will benefit the whole of the inhabitants of the universe. FAILED STATES ? 3. Has no provisions for the expulsion of any 'member'. That is, any of the 196 countries can or will be able to be engaged with at any time, by the appropriate organ(s) of the 'global village'. nth COUNTRY ? 4. Will be united - not divided - in condemning what will be a threat to world peace or progress. And successfully isolates any country that is a threat to the well-being of another or the comity of nations. THE HERMIT KINGDOM OR A POLICE STATE ? 5. Its institutions and organizations will be fully representative of all the independent countries. And these will be well-funded, well managed or run, to the satisfaction of all its member-nations. FOURTH WORLD COUNTRIES ? 6. Active and responsive at all times. That is, the relevance and/or importance of THE WHOLE of the members [295] will be established and retained at the period(s) and/or place(s) required and for duration desired. __________ ALIVE ... should sustain hope.
