| INSURED Definition: (usually - the insured) (law) The person who has made an arrangement with an insurance company or who receives money if, for example, they are ill/sick or if they lose or damage something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers contract a necessity, even if he or she does not fully understand those small prints. 2. Provided correct details when initially filling forms with which agreement was concluded. And will complete documentation truthfully when making a claim. 3. Current or up-to-date with the full payments (= premiums). 4. Honest. Will orchestrate no frivolous claims to cheat company. 5. Faithful. Will not connive with insurance adjuster to defraud. 6. Not living on the edge, even if living life to the hilt; and the person does not act or behave carelessly, especially if at the end of his or her tether. 7. Will exercise patience when making claim or requesting payment. That is, will show understanding with the company, over the 'slow' pace of processing his or her claims (where applicable). 8.
