Definition: The state or quality of being very interested in learning about many different things.

1. Purposeful and necessary for who is keen to learn.

2. There will be a readiness to try and attempt things, by way of experimentation, sustained observation, application, research, etc.

3. There will be no petty self-imposed restrictions, or inhibitions, to prevent full access, contact, etc. to a thing, situation or event.

4. The fundamentals, of whatever is desired to be learned, at the least, can be understood. That is, there will be an ability or capacity to comprehend or appreciate - even if it's only a definition and/or meaning !

5. Cooperation and collaboration, with others, if any, will be provided by the person who wants to learn, throughout the period.

6. Person learning will not put self and/or others at risk, as a result of method or approach adopted. And there will be no instance of insistence, or the use of force, to obtain desired information.

7. No deliberate damage or destruction of the environment or ecosystem will take place because something has to be learned.

8. There will be no unjustifiable let-up in the quality. That is, desire to learn will always be present, as long as there is something unknown or new and/or yet to be understood. In other words, interest will lasts for duration considered appropriate.

9. Determination to discover and find out something will not be regretted in the future. That is, no unplanned loss will arise from activities.
