| INITIATION (1) Definition: [ ~ (into something) ] The act of somebody becoming a member of a group, often with a special ceremony; the act of introducing somebody to an activity or skill. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Necessary, and not forced. 3. Membership request by the initiate has been considered successful. 4. Ceremony is conducted only and exclusively by older member(s) of group, etc., with or without witness(es) who is/are (a) non-member(s). 5. Performance of relevant activities, during ceremony, by initiate, are deemed satisfactory for the older member(s) initiating 'newcomer'. 6. (Reserved.) (Acts, actions, activities, etc. during ceremony will be a discovery of new frontiers for initiate - whatever the outcome of the events involved. That is, acts are not routine or ordinary.) 7. No illegality is done during ceremony. (Or illegality, if any, will not be brought to the notice of the law enforcement agents. Or if wrongdoing or offence is known, it is not punished.) 8. A sort of endorsement, confirmation or certification, as applicable, is issued, to initiate, after conclusion or completion of processes. 9.
