| INIQUITY Definitions: i. (formal) The fact of being very unfair or wrong; something that is very unfair or wrong. ii. Want of equity or fairness (archaic). iii. Injustice. iv. Wickedness. v. A crime (capitals). ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Deliberately decided to be very unfair or wrong. That is, there is a purpose and bad act or action is considered necessary by doer. 2. Consequence of or fallout from situation is known before act or action takes place, especially if the happening is man-made. 3. Nothing can be done in the circumstances to reduce effect or impact, on sufferer/loser, of very unfair or wrong thing. 4. Perpetrators will benefit from what is caused or from what results from very bad situation. __________________________________ IN THE EYES OF MAN (= THE LAW!) ... (See perfect INJUSTICE.) 5. No justification or excuse can be made for the condition of extreme unfairness or wrongness. 6. Impact that effect of thing makes is considered excessive, especially in the opinion of sufferer(s)/victim(s). 7. No sanction, loss, punishment, etc. will be suffered by the party being excessively unfair or in the wrong.
