| INHERITANCE (1) Definition: The money, property, etc. that you receive from somebody when they die; the fact of receiving something when somebody dies. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. * This is not about the fact. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity by the giver/provider. 2. Received as an entitlement; right or privilege - not begged, fought or sued for. 3. Received timely. And early enough. 4. Received in full, whether as a one-off or piecemeal, over time payment. And the item(s) got is/are without an encumbrance. 5. Not shared or jointly owned. (To emphasize, see definition.) 6. (Reserved.) (The taxes, etc. due on receipts have all been timely and appropriately paid.) 7. Money is still legal tender, property is in the right conditions, assets are serviceable, etc. 8. Financial value of receipt is adequate to make a meaning - even if item is to be managed or passed on. 9.
